Vice-president of the Portuguese Association for the Promotion of Hydrogen (AP2H2), PhD in Physics, Assistant Professor at the University of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro, he is currently also Researcher at the Associated Laboratory – INESC TEC at the Center for Innovation, Technology and Entrepreneurship (CITE). He has several training courses, including Audit in Quality Management Systems by UTAD; Project Manager by AKD - United Kingdom; Degree in Physics from the University of Aveiro; Technician-Professional in Electronics by High School Fontes Pereira de Melo, Porto. He has been teaching Engineering in higher education for 27 years and is currently Director of the Degree in Engineering and Industrial Management.
