Miguel is the CEO and co-founder of Watt-IS, a data analytics company focused on applying AI and machine learning algorithms to innovative energy related solutions, targeting energy utilities, DSO’s and other stakeholders. Miguel has an extensive experience in areas related with renewable energy and energy efficiency and has participated in several European Expert Groups related with smart metering data and the Digitalization of the Energy system. Miguel graduated in computer engineering from IST and holds an MSc on Technology Management from IST and an MBA from AESE/IESE Business School.
